What we record
Which pages and functions you open, when and for how long, whether you were active on a page (only whether there was mouse, keyboard or scrolling activity, never what you typed), which step a piece of work (such as an order) has reached, the error and access messages you meet, and your device type (desktop, tablet or phone).
What we leave out of usage records
Your keystrokes, screen images, what you type into search boxes and form fields, and your IP address.
Good to know
What you enter into orders, forecasts and comments is stored as part of that business record. Questions you type to the assistant are kept for 90 days and can be read by your organisation's authorised administrators.
How long
Detailed records 90 days, daily summaries 13 months; then they are deleted or anonymised so they can no longer be linked to you.
Who can see them
Only the DemandLabs support team sees detailed per-person records. Your organisation's authorised administrators see only day-level summaries per person (for example on which days you were active and which steps you used). You can ask support for a copy of your records.
